Tine assembly using
the original SHW sleeve
guarantees a perfect fit.
The cone area of the tines and the sleeve are precisely matched
at SHW. Production takes place using CNC controlled machines,
guaranteeing absolute reproduction accuracy at any time.
The tines and sleeves are coded to allow our extensive range
to be managed and efficiently reproduced for our customers
worldwide. The sleeves are welded in, and the tines inserted and
tightened to the recommended tightening torque.

Zinken im Konusbereich und Buchse sind bei SHW präzise
aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Fertigung erfolgt mit CNC
gesteuerten Maschinen und ist somit genau und jederzeit
reproduzierbar.
Zinken und Buchsen sind kodiert, somit ist es möglich
das umfangreiche Sortiment für viele Kunden weltweit zu
verwalten und problemlos nachzuproduzieren.
Die Buchse wird eingeschweist, der Zinken eingesetzt und
mit dem empfohlenen Anzugsdrehmoment angezogen.

Beim Tragkrafttest wird der Zinke mit einer höchstmöglichen Kraft
beaufschlagt, ohne dass er sich verformt und
anschließend wird das Ergebnis dokumentiert.

To produce the load test diagram, the maximum applicable force
is loaded on the tine without it becoming deformed. The results
will be documented.
